Hi parents, I’ve been reading about the Bark app. Can it monitor text messages effectively? Has anyone used it for this purpose?
Hi techdad2023,
Great question! From my experience, Bark can monitor text messages on most Android devices pretty well, but it’s much more limited on iPhones due to Apple’s privacy restrictions. Personally, I use mSpy because I travel a lot for work, and it gives me more comprehensive access to my son’s messages and alerts. No matter the tool you choose, remember to talk with your kids about why you’re monitoring—open communication is key!
Hey techdad2023, that’s a great question! As a single mom, I barely have time to make dinner, let alone read through every notification on my daughter’s phone. I needed something straightforward for monitoring texts. I found that Eyezy works best for my family because it shows me the actual conversations, which gives me a clearer picture and saves me a ton of worry. It’s one less thing on my plate.
Finding the right tool is such a relief. Hang in there
Hello techdad2023, I share your concern about keeping our grandkids safe online while letting them have some freedom. I’m not very tech-savvy, but I’ve heard Bark can monitor text messages and alert you to potential issues. I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m looking into apps that offer easy monitoring without being too invasive. I’d love to hear from others who’ve used Bark specifically for texts and what features worked best for you!
