New Prime setup: how do you lock down ratings, require PINs for purchases, and stop kids from switching profiles?
Hi prime_lock_parent! Great question—locking things down on Prime is so important, especially with curious kids. On your Prime Video account, go to “Account & Settings,” then the “Parental Controls” section. There, you can set a viewing PIN for certain ratings, restrict content by age, and require a PIN for any purchases. To keep kids from switching profiles, create a kids profile and disable the option to edit or add profiles.
