Can I view Snapchat location history? My child uses Snap Maps, and I want to see where they’ve been recently.

I don’t think Snapchat provides parents with direct access to location history; it only shows a user’s current location (if they have Snap Maps turned on and share it with you). In our home, we have a rule: my teen must keep Snap Maps on and share their location with me, but we also have regular check-ins about online privacy and safety. I haven’t started using a parental control app yet because I want to maintain open trust first, but I’m definitely considering it if concerns grow. Maybe talk to your child about your worries and agree on some boundaries—it’s worked for us so far!
